We would like to give a huge Thank You and Congratulations to Joshua Miller for completing the first artpiece for our new Cultural Center at Arapahoe Schools!!! Josh completed the amazing piece in just 12 days so that all staff and students can enjoy it.
Joshua is a member of the Northern Arapaho Tribe and put his heart and soul into the painting. Joshua has called the painting "Where the Old Ways Live". This painting represents the Teaching and Strength of the Arapaho People and how we band together as one and never give up. The Falcon overlooking and protecting the village represents the Motivation and Strength to our young ones to strive and have determination on anything they set their minds too!!!
The Cultural Center is quickly coming together and will be utilized for the first time by students and staff during Heritage Week, May 17th-20th at Arapahoe Schools!!!

1st Grade Kids are learning about planting seeds and the growing process. Today we planted Zinnia flower seeds for Earth Day that the kids will be able to take home at the end of the school year.
The students will learn about the importance of taking care of their plants with water, checking soil, checking change and documenting growth!
